Scenario:
The customer was using reheating furnace for earth which constituted of Magnasite bricks (with a composition of 88% MgO). The lifespan of the reheating furnace was 3 to 4 months; incurring huge investment on frequent change of bricks by the customer.
Solution:
LC90 PCPF blocks were used to replace the Magnasite bricks.
Benefit:
10 to 12 months of smooth running with the new PCPF blocks without breakdown, saving the customer considerable money and time.
